If you are not completely satisfied with a Juice Organics purchase, please return it for a full refund within 45 days. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for product purchased outside of juiceorganics.com. If you have purchased our products through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.
Returns – Juice Organics
- Complete the Return Form located on the invoice included with your shipment. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
- The return must be postmarked within 45 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be over three quarters full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
- Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.

- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
- A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product or a FREE gift only if the return is made within 45 days of original ship date on the invoice and the FREE gift accompanies the return. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item (divided by the number of products purchased) deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
